Shipping Info & Policies

Orders: 

You will recieve your order in 2-5 business days. 

Pre-orders:

All pre-orders are shipped out the day your purchased item(s) are in stock. 

Pre-Orders are all shipped by rushed deliver free of charge. 

Expedited orders are shipped by UPS.

Standard order are shipped USPS.

Once your item has been purchased, you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation number and the delivery service that has been used.

Inclement Weather:

If there are any inclement weather occurences such as; snow storms, rain storms, etc. Please allow some time for your package to arrive. Call your local UPS or USPS regarding shipping issues. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from delivery services to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by UPS, USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed. 

COVID-19 & Omicron Variant Update: 

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks & inclement weather.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order(s) ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund if item has not been shipped. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.
  • You have 10 business days from the day you have received your purchase to return your item(s) wrapped in its original packaging. Once received, your refund will be processed (minus the shipping cost).
  • There will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges for earrings & sunglasses.
  • ALL SELL ITEMS ARE FINAL!  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
